Advanced Legal Nurse Consultants, Inc. provides consulting and education services to both defense and plaintiff attorneys and insurance companies in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, worker's compensation, nursing home liability, and toxic torts. ALNC, Inc. will help educate the attorney and insurance examiner in the medical issues of the case. We will correlate, tabulate and review the medical records, provide in-depth chronologies, analyze and explain trends as they develop. We will provide literature searches and summarize the pertinent findings of the case. We offer guidance in preparing resources and questions through all phases of the legal process, including: discovery, interrogatories, depositions and trial preparation. We will identify the need for expert witnesses, locate and qualify those experts and then assist building them into the unique medical/legal team needed for that particular trial.

We specialize in a critical thinking process that can turn the most complicated cases into powerfully simple presentations that any lay-person or juror can understand. We accomplish this through in-depth chronologies, trend analysis, graphics, and finally trial presentation. 

In addition, ALNC, Inc. specializes in helping the new LNC or CPUR professional develop their skills and business needs. We also offer continuing education to lawyers, nurses and nurse assistants through CLE and CEU credit hours, as well as seminars and telephone class conferencing. Finally, we offer complete advice and courses for professional business image development for the individual LNC and CPUR person.
